Your plan
Every paid plan runs for 12 months from the day your free trial ends. You pay each month, not up front. Upgrading is instant and the new price applies from your next billing date.

Leaving early
You can end your plan before the 12 months are up. When you do, an early exit fee of two months of your current subscription is charged and the rest of the term is waived. Nothing else is owed.

The guarantee
If a campaign we protected lands in the Promotions tab of our seed inboxes, that month is credited in full on your next invoice. This applies inside and outside your 12 month term.

Your data
We read your campaigns only to protect them and report on them. Contact lists you upload for cleaning are deleted from our servers 30 days after you download the results.

Fair use
Mayel is for legitimate marketing to people who signed up to hear from you. Spam, purchased lists and deceptive content get an account closed without a refund.

Changes
If we change these terms we will email you 30 days ahead. If you do not like a change, you can leave without the early exit fee during those 30 days.
